The "Ash Cloud" Question Time Comes To Conference!

This open forum session will include panel members from a range of agencies who have been involved in the decision making, the response and the impacts from the “Ash Cloud” Can we learn anything from this event? What if it happens again? An interactive session hosted by Cameron Buttle, BBC.

Free Membership Upgrades For All Conference Delegates 

Membership upgrade fee waived if you book onto Conference  - Associates and Members will be offered the opportunity to upgrade their membership status free of the normal charge of £60 to Associates and £100 to Members. 

Non EPS Members who are involved in a professional, managerial or operational capacity (full or part time) in emergency planning or management, to apply for Associate membership of The Society, free of charge until 31st December 2010. This is worth £65.

London Branch Throw Down The Conference Gauntlet!

Jim Cook is rallying the troops from the London area to book on to Conference:"It’s so important to support our flagship event", he said, "We are using every avenue we can to promote it".
 
Not to be out done, the Scottish Branch are also coming up with a few initiatives of their own. Branch Chair Jacqui Semple replied “Oh great competition that’s what we need. We have been doing an e mail push every week, different angles; today we did the Awards, and putting it out to all that we know across Scotland! The more we can all do the better!
So come on………………………lets get more people signed up!".
